Shipping
We ship to all 50 states within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 8 business days from the time of purchase (This does not include carrier transit time). Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
Returns
- Email us at support@thatartfulnurse.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product (if applicable).
- We will respond with instructions on how to return the item and any additional information needed.
- Ship the item back to us following the provided instructions. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If you would like to exchange an item instead of receiving a refund, please contact us at support@thatartfulnurse.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the exchange process.
