Shipping

Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we are only shipping within the US.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 8 business days from the time of purchase (This does not include carrier transit time). Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

Returns

How do I return an item?

  1. Email us at support@thatartfulnurse.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product (if applicable).
  2. We will respond with instructions on how to return the item and any additional information needed.
  3. Ship the item back to us following the provided instructions. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Can I exchange for a different item?

If you would like to exchange an item instead of receiving a refund, please contact us at support@thatartfulnurse.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the exchange process.
